These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://firebirds.cc(the "Site") and any services provided by Firebird IT Consulting and Services("Firebird IT", "we", "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Firebird IT provides custom software development, web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, and related IT consulting services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written quotation or agreement that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project. These Terms cover general use of the Site and the enquiry process.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We provide quotations based on the information you give us; a project begins only once both parties agree to a written quotation or agreement. Change requests after a project is agreed are billed by the hour unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment for a project, all source code and intellectual property created specifically for you as part of that project are transferred to you, unless your project agreement states otherwise. Content, branding, and materials on this Site remain the property of Firebird IT.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting unlawful or fraudulent content through our forms, or using automated means to abuse the enquiry form.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Any indicative timelines or price ranges shown are estimates, not binding offers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firebird IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Liability in connection with any engagement is governed by the terms of the relevant project agreement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
